Compiz-Fusion+XGL+ATI on Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon
Installing XGL on Ubuntu never been easier! With Compiz-Fusion is enabled by default on Gutsy,to enable XGL is easier. Just open terminal and type
and after installation, there's information balloon pop up telling you that xgl is enable by default and you don't have to do anything like before (create file, save, compile to enable xgl session). Just logout, then login and enable Compiz-Fusion at System>Preferences>Appearances under Visual Effect tab. Good Luck!
Aha,my latest screenshot of my Gutsy :)
